Murallius is a reflection of its terroir


The development is done in the winery Collbaix Moli, where I leave my wine to honey raisin-the staff the first night to 2 degrees and then the beans are put to ferment in open oak barrels for 2 or 3 years 10 days – and where there is a corner where aging the wine -the silence, love and nurturing from 12 to 18 months in new oak barrels French. The production is about a thousand bottles a year and the first vintage that is marketed is 2011.


Meaty and powerful character, broad and sweet, impressive balance of wood and fruit, black pepper, licorice, balsam, cocoa, spices, forest, point red fruit such as blackberries, elegant with post taste long and confit.
